No, the Styrian Cancer Help  does not know of this project and is therefore in no way affiliated with it. It is Ilionej's personal project to help fighting cancer.

If I miss the stream by a second/donate offline as I couldn’t catch any stream, will I still get recognition?

Yes, the goals still continue throughout offline times and streams of other content and will add to the game progress/charity either way. Ilionej always repeats offline alerts in the beginning of her next stream if possible, or at least mention them to spread the community love. All streams are highlighted on Twitch as well as uploaded to YouTube, so you can check if she said the truth. ;)

What if nobody can support the project in a long while?

No worries. Should goals' progress not get along, there is enough to do in the game (sidequests, material farming, compendium photos, ....) to bridge the time if she should have caught up with the reached incentives.

If you wanted to give more however, you can always give another tip/donation. Mind though that Streamlabs does not allow anything below 1(currency). You can probably trick that by picking the currency that would balance out your miscalculation on the donation bar. Ilionej uses Euros(€). Do the math if you are bored enough.

If you "accidentally" tipped not only your number wrong but actually, the answer is still the same.

Cheer bits are not refundable either. This is due to Twitch not allowing it. The moment you used your bits, they are added to the revenue counter of the streamer and lose their status as bits. The streamer would have to buy bits themselves and give them to you(given you are at least a Twitch affiliate as otherwise people cannot cheer with bits in your channel) and you would need to wait to get the revenue paid for then buying new bits, if you really desire to be a pain in the bum.... I hope sincerely your logic tells you that nobody on Twitch will ever do that for you, regardless of how well they know you or how much you have given. And trying it out just to prove me wrong, will let everyone know what a sad life you have. So please accept that they are not refundable, thanks.

My bank/PayPal account got hacked/otherwise corrupted. Can I get my money back?

Please report the issue to your account provider and show Ilionej proof of the report and clarifications/solved issue. You may black out part of your personal information that is not required for proof such as exact account number or real name(only if your Twitch name is visible).  Otherwise she cannot refund your donation/tip. Please understand.

Ilionej will only use said data for validation of the hacking/corruption and will immediately delete any data(files, e-mails, etc) in connection once the issue is solved and your money refunded. Ilionej will not pass on your or anyone’s information/data without your and/or their written permission.

Any discovered try of manipulation will be reported by Ilionej and, if necessary, taken to legal action. So please, for your own good, only go through this process if your account has actually been hacked/corrupted.

Multiple offences will also lead to a ban from donating/tipping on both Streamlabs and PayPal.

How do I gift a/multiple sub/s?

Via the same button as you subscribe(you should see an option to gift subscriptions to a person or up to 100 to the community - just select your option) or by clicking on the name of the person in chat to find the button for it.

I was gifted a sub and decided to continue it. Does this count? 

Absolutely. But only when you actually get to post that resub message in chat for Ilionej to see. Otherwise it won't show up on the Streamlabs dashboard either and she will not be able to tell whether you didn't cancel it again. The ability to post that message will show soon after your payment was recognised by Twitch. The continuation message alone is no proof you actually subscribed the following month. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I tip/donate to Ilionej without supporting the charity?

Via the URL paypal.me/ilionej or the donation panel on Ilionej_BOT’s profile. And no, she won’t hold that against you. After all, you’re giving her money.

Do I have to participate in the charity?

No. You don’t have to. You can just stay in Ilionej’s streams and watch/chat as you like - as long as you stick to her chat rules and Twitch’s Terms of Service. Ilionej’s basic chat rules can be found under the “Rules” panel on Ilionej’s Twitch page or by clicking on your the settings gear wheel by your chat window and click "show chat rules". I want to include a message with my tip/donation/cheers/subscription.

That is totally fine and actually encouraged. Just stay somewhat family friendly, reasonable and within legal measures.

There is a minimum of 50 bits/cheers however to enable text-to-speech.

There is no minimum for that on tips/donations but the minimum donation of 1(currency) set by Streamlabs.

To include a message in your subscription, you must have at least been subscribed for one month before. This is set by Twitch. To post your message, you will need to refresh your stream and find a bar on top of your chat box that shows for how many months you have been subscribed. Click on “share”, type in your message, hit enter, TADA! Sometimes it will take a few minutes, hours or rarely, days, for you to get your button. There are currently no messages for gifting subscriptions to others though.

We are talking about this merchandise shop page in particular here! It is Ilionej's Streamlabs shop. That means, your purchase will also pop up on stream as an alert for everyone to see. Main goal VS side goal

Ilionej will always have a main donation/tip goal, and a side donation/tip goal. The main donation/tip goal is that which you will reach as explained above. Mind that current charity projects will always be handled via the main goal. So, for example, if she has a charity going on but you still want to give the money directly to her, here’s what you can do:

Go to twitch.tv/ilionej_bot and use the donation panel there. Her bot always handles secondary donation/tip goals and there are special alerts for that.

Should you have donated/tipped to the wrong goal, no worries! Let her know and she will fix the balance latest after the stream.

Of course you can also still use the direct PayPal link, but this will not trigger on-stream alerts and will not be counted to the respective goal and therefore you cannot claim possible incentives with direct tips. It is still greatly appreciated however.
