Commission Ilionej

Ilionej is taking commissions for Twitch emotes, sub/bit badges and stream layouts. If you want info panels, also just ask away! There is a small chance she may make a logo for you. For logo information please contact her directly via Twitch whisper or Twitter/Discord message or e-mail.

Here are a few examples(request full view if needed). Read the info below.

• Ilionej does original characters as well as fandom related emotes/badges
  
  
• She preferably does emotes with black outlines, but if you want coloured outlines, ask.
  
  
• Badges will likely be pixel art, while emotes won’t.
  
  
• You will receive a 300px version, a 200px version for FFZ as well as the necessary 112px, 56px and 28px version. Yes, Twitch has auto scaling now, but these versions are part of the contract and only requesting one won't make it cheaper. You will be thankful if Twitch should ever decide to take away the auto scaling.
  If you desire a higher resolution however, Ilionej will charge an extra fee. If you would like to use high resolution images commercially(e.g. Redbubble merchandise) please contact her or, if already intended, state it as early as possible in the commission process.
  
  
• Stream layouts are static. If you would like to have transitions to differently coloured versions or elements glowing up(OBS slideshow - no GIFs possible at the current time), every additional version costs a small extra fee.
  
  
• All necessary design details will be talked about beforehand.
  
  
• If you are unhappy with minor details, she will change them for free. Major changes cost a third of the original price. Do not abuse the “free change”, please. Nitpicky/nagging customers MIGHT not receive their altered versions. If this is the case, she will kindly let you know.
  
  
• Ilionej will not do designs that may violate Twitch’s Terms of Service.  Also she is not responsible for rejections by Twitch. Before commissioning, make sure your wish is in accordance with Twitch’s submission guidelines - there is strictly no refund for emote/badges! rejected by Twitch staff! 
  
  
• Ilionej only accepts commissions paid via this link: https://www.paypal.me/Ilionej  Another option is to request a PayPal invoice and follow its instructions. If your name varies much, she might ask you to verify.  DO NOT PAY FOR COMMISSIONS VIA HER STREAMLABS DONATION LINK FOR THE MEANTIME! THANK YOU!
  
• Payment first, then Ilionej will start working. Should she for whatever reason not be able to finish your commission within the appointed time, she will let you know. If the delay is longer than 2 weeks and you can absolutely NOT wait, Ilionej will refund the amount paid.
  
  
• Do NOT pay during the brainstorming phase or before the specifics are discussed and set. 
  
  
• Ilionej has the right to refuse commissions without reasons at any given time. Normally she will tell you a reason, but mind she is not obliged to provide such. Refusal has never and will never happen after payment.
